The hops ripened up about 2 weeks early this year. I spent about 4 hours out in Jericho picking from a few of the vines that were ready. I ended up with about 3 pounds of fresh hops, which will probably end up being around a pound of dry hops. It was a perfect day for skipping work, and the boss didn't mind as its his land the hops are growing on, and he was skipping work too.
