Happy Birthday Elizabeth! (a.k.a. "Why our friends hate us on their birthdays")

It's Elizabeth's birthday, so that means since she's not here in VT and we're not down in GA we can't eat birthday cake together. The only reasonable thing to do it bake a cake for Eliz, enjoy it, and take lots of pictures of the whole process to make sure she knows how much we enjoyed her birthday (and cake).
